Hello everyone,

As times change, so do we. We are thrilled to announce that Phase II is officially underway, marking the next evolution in our journey with some exciting announcements ahead.

The past 2.5 years in Phase I—our “proof of concept” era—allowed us to demonstrate the demand for our services and content by collaborating with partners such as the University of Minnesota, the City of St. Paul, and Smart North Tech Hubs, among others. These collaborations enabled us to emphasize the significance of Web 3 education for underserved communities and youth. Most importantly, we brought emerging tech education to those who need it most, ensuring they are equipped for our rapidly evolving digital world.

Phase II comes with several changes, including our new name: Cryptic Institute. We believe this new name better reflects our core focus on education and aligns with our future direction. “Cryptic Investing” may make a return in the future…

In addition, we are proud to introduce our media branch, The Neo Times. This branch will house our newsletter, videos, podcasts, and articles—all designed to help you better understand emerging technologies, their applications, and their societal impacts. Our goal is to meet our audience across various platforms, providing educational content that fits their preferred learning methods.

As emerging technologies continue to reshape how we socialize, work, and learn, it is essential to stay informed, especially if you want to influence their impact. The main focus of Phase II is scaling our educational services and media content to ensure we deliver even more value to communities globally. We believe that emerging tech education should be accessible to everyone, regardless of location, and Phase II represents our commitment to making this vision a reality.

With that said, we look forward to growing and evolving alongside our community during Phase II as our community will remain the guiding force that aligns our work with our mission and vision.
